Serving The Spokane Community
Safe Animals For Everyone (S.A.F.E. Spokane) provides a network of foster homes where companion animals have a safe, healthy and loving environment to be cared for when their human friends are seeking to improve their life situation. Not everyone can afford to board and that shouldn’t be a reason why someone doesn’t get a necessary surgery, seek treatment for their addiction, stay in an unsafe living situation or resist going to a shelter. We want to help people keep their beloved animals and make a better life for themselves.
Too many people are forced to surrender their animals to a shelter and never see them again. Our standard of care will be a safe loving environment with access to vaccinations and basic needs.

Representatives of SAFE show understanding to individuals who are trying to improve their life positions and are stuck between choosing the love of their companion animal and the opportunities that can improve their situation.

Representatives of Safe Spokane will always act truthfully when representing what help can be provided by Safe Spokane and about the expectations of the individual placing their pet in the care of Safe.
Compassion
Representatives of SAFE will act with honest empathy and compassion when hard decisions are required and individual’s requests or needs cannot be met.
Realiablity
Representatives of SAFE will reliably perform the duties outlined in the foster document including the function of creating a safe, healthy, and loving environment for companion animals in the absence of their human companions and will reliably return the companion animal to the care of their human companion upon request unless the person has gone outside of the contract limits and the companion animal has been re-homed for the animal’s welfare and safety.
